line to conduct remote diagnostics tests.

HF Field Service
Technicians are trained professionals with in-depth training
as well as extensive factory training for Houston Fearless
equipment and other OEM equipment. These technicians
provide:
- Emergency field
support; with an average response time of 24 hours or
less
- New equipment
installation and start-up service
- Comprehensive training
for equipment operators and maintenance personnel

| Level of Inventory
HF maintains extensive
inventory of parts in stock. This supply along with spare
part kits included with each system sold keep downtime to a
minimum.

consists of dedicated service teams with over many years of
combined equipment experience. Each of our technical staff
has been factory trained by one or more of our major
component suppliers.
